Our 60 minute class is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!

COST

  • 2x A Week: $110 per month (membership includes FREE Saturday Community Workout)

  • Unlimited: $150 per month (membership includes CrossFit and Saturday Yoga classes)

  • Each subsequent Family Member receives a discount

 

Personal Training

One on One in person workouts guided by one of our skilled coaches. The coach will design a program specifically designed to help you with whatever goal you have. On top of the program design they will be there every step of the way in person to ensure safety and progress throughout your time. Email us and we will set you ASAP with a 30 minute consultation to help assess and find the best plan to help you achieve your goals.

COST

Depending on frequency you'd like to train it is between $50-$70 per hour

 

Personal design

We understand that group classes aren’t for everyone. But your goals are a little too long term for a few personal training sessions. That’s where Individual Program Design (ID) comes in! ID is tailored to you personally and can help if you have specific goals, specialized events to prepare for, or want to get back on a fitness track that meets your personal needs. If you are disciplined enough to put in the work, have an hour a day, 3+ times per week or want to focus on specific areas and movements; we will build your ID to accommodate your schedule. Not only will your coach deliver your daily program and special training cycles, but you will meet monthly for a full 1-hour Private Coaching session to assess the previous month and make adjustments going forward. You will receive Individual Programming, Nutritional Guidance, Monthly Consultation, and Open Gym access during business hours. Email us and we will set you ASAP with a 30 minute consultation to help assess and find the best plan to help you achieve your goals.

yoga

Join us Saturday's at 11:00am for 50 minutes of flow featuring breathing, stretching, lengthening, and core tightening poses designed with the specific needs of our athletes in mind. Everyone MUST recover, but you individually have a choice of HOW to recover and we have found this specific way that we teach yoga will boost your recovery and keep you feeling healthy and strong for all of your workouts.

FREE for Unlimited Memberships / $10 per drop in
