Foundations Classes

Learning The Fundamentals


If you are new to crossfit you will need to attend a  foundations course that will teach you:

  • Proper Form
  • Proper Technique
  • Trainer nomenclature
  • Work out skills and movements


each foundations class is a four hour session hand-tailored to your needs and skill level. These classes are fun and informative, and a great introduction to crossfit. foundations classes are scheduled on a regular basis, to attend, please email  us at the link below. 




Once completed, new members can then attend any of the regularly scheduled classes.


The crossfit level 1 coaches that run our classes will scale the work outs to your individual needs as you begin with brookside crossfit.  scaling of workouts provides a means for people new to crossfit to gradually build their strength and endurance while entering the program.
